Rearrange or Delete PDF Pages

Put pages in the right order or take out the ones you don't need. Choose a PDF, arrange the page previews, and save a new copy. Everything happens in your browser, so your file is never uploaded.

Step 1: Choose your PDF

Loading the tool…One moment — files never leave your device

Step 2: Reorder or remove pages

Page previews appear here after you choose a PDF.

Step 3: Save the new PDF

Choose a PDF in step 1 first.

Step 4: Download your new files

Your new files will appear here after you press “Save new PDF”.

How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF you want to organize. A preview of every page appears.
  2. Drag a page to a new position, or use the ← and → buttons under it.
  3. Press ✕ under a page to remove it. Removed pages are greyed out and can be brought back with Restore.
  4. Save the new PDF and download it. At least one page must be kept.

Questions

Can I reorder pages on my phone?
Yes. Dragging works best with a mouse, so every page also has ← and → buttons that move it one place earlier or later.
What if I remove the wrong page?
Removed pages stay in the preview, greyed out. Press Restore under the page to bring it back, or use Undo all changes to start over.
Does this lower the quality of my pages?
No. Pages are copied into the new PDF without re-compression, so text and images look exactly the same.
Will bookmarks and form fields be kept?
Not always. The new PDF is built from the pages you keep, so bookmarks and fillable form fields may not carry over. The page content itself is unchanged.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The previews are drawn and the new PDF is built in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
