How to use it
- Choose the PDF you want to split. The tool shows how many pages it has.
- Decide whether to extract selected pages into one new PDF or save every page as its own PDF.
- If extracting, type the pages you want using ranges like 1-3, 5, 8- (8- means page 8 to the end).
- Run the split and save the new PDF or PDFs to your device.
Questions
- How do I enter the pages I want to keep?
- Use page numbers and ranges separated by commas, such as 1-3, 5, 8-. A range with no end number, like 8-, includes page 8 through the last page.
- Can I turn every page into a separate PDF?
- Yes. Choose the option to save every page as its own PDF instead of extracting a selection, then use Download all (.zip) to get every page in one file.
- Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
- No. The file is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to any server.
- Why can't I split my PDF?
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be split with this tool. You would need to remove the password with software that has the right to open the file first.
- How do I know how many pages my PDF has?
- After you choose the file, the tool shows its page count so you can pick valid page numbers.
