Questions

Does converting JPG to PNG improve quality?
No. PNG keeps the image exactly as it is, but it cannot bring back detail that JPG compression already removed. It is useful when you need a PNG file or want to avoid further loss while editing.
Why is the PNG larger than my JPG?
PNG uses lossless compression, which usually takes more space than JPG for photos. Each result shows its size and how it compares with the original.
Can I convert several JPGs at once?
Yes. Add all the files you need, press Convert once, and download them together as a ZIP.
Can I save the files straight into a folder?
In Chrome, Edge and other browsers that support it, Save to a folder lets you pick a folder once and saves every PNG there without overwriting existing files. Otherwise the files go to your Downloads folder.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The conversion runs in your browser, and your files never leave your device.
