Questions

What happens to transparent areas?
JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the color you choose. White is the default, and you can also pick black or any custom color.
Will converting lower the image quality?
The quality slider starts at 100%, the highest JPG setting, and the pixel size stays the same. JPG is a lossy format, so lower settings give smaller files with more visible compression.
Can I convert many PNG files at once?
Yes. Add as many files as you need, press Convert once, and use Download all (.zip) to save every JPG together.
How do I tell the converted files from my originals?
Your originals stay under Your files. The JPG results appear separately under Converted files, each with a preview, its size and how it compares with the original.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs in your browser, and your files never leave your device.
